Hi, I'm Tyler Barberis. I'm an experienced, competent, and dedicated clinical psychologist and psychotherapist. I have a keen interest in human nature and development, and a vested interest in the wellbeing of my patients.  

Perhaps you've been through a divorce, separation, or trauma. Or you're struggling emotionally with depression, grief, anxiety or anger. Maybe you're wanting to change one or more unhealthy habits, work on a problematic relationship, learn how to cope better with the stress you're facing, or develop a more grounded sense of yourself.


I provide a safe, non-judgmental, and thoughtful place for you to talk about anything that might be troubling you. If you're ready to do the work, I'm ready to support you through whatever you're going through.

What can you expect from therapy?


Psychotherapy is, at the heart of it, about developing a deep understanding of yourself, and the people in your life. An awareness at this level, will allow you to live a life that is both purposeful, and satisfying. You can also develop a better capacity to tolerate and deal with the many unavoidable challenges that come your way. During our time together you can expect:
